Location:Bangalore, India Employment Type:Full-time Experience:7–10 yearsAbout the Role We are seeking a highly skilledSenior Dynamics 365 CE Technical Consultantto lead the technical implementation of TLC’s healthcare solution. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions acrossD365 CE Sales & Service ,Power Platform , and integration frameworks.Key Responsibilities Develop, extend, and customizeD365 CE Sales and Service modulesusing Plugins, Power Automate, and JavaScript. Implement and optimizePricing Tool logicfor product-price synchronization, quote generation, and approval workflows. BuildPower Pages (Portal)components for patient and consultant booking interfaces. Design and testsystem integrationsvia APIs, RPA, or file-based connectors. Collaborate with functional teams to convert requirements intoTechnical Design Documents (TDD) . Performcode reviews, unit testing, and performance optimization . Supportdata migration and transformationinto Dataverse. Deploy managed solutions across environments ( Dev → UAT → Prod ). Ensuresecurity, performance, and scalabilityof custom solutions.Required Skills & Experience 7–10 yearsas a D365 CE Technical Consultant or Developer. Strong inC#, .NET, JavaScript, Plugins, Custom APIs, Power Automate . Expertise inDataverse, Web Resources, Business Rules, Solution Management . Hands-on experience withPower Pages, Azure Functions, and integration frameworks . Understanding ofCI/CD pipelinesfor Dynamics deployment. Knowledge ofMeditech or healthcare data integrationsis a plus. Ability to work closely with functional consultants and architects inAgile sprints .Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Certified:Power Platform Developer Associate or Dynamics 365 Developer Associate. Prior experience inhealthcare domain implementations . Exposure toAzure Logic Apps or RPA automation .Architectural Leadership Responsibilities Lead overallPower Platform solution architecture , ensuring alignment across D365 CE, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. Define and enforcegovernance standardsfor environments, Dataverse schema, and solution management. Review and approve all technical designs, including: D365 CE extensions and plugins Power Automate flows and RPA components Power Pages architecture (site structure, authentication, integration) Data synchronization with external systems (Meditech, DGL, Pricing Master) Overseeintegration design— APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and custom connectors. Guidedata migration designand ensure consistency across environments. Defineperformance optimization and security modelsfor Power Platform components. Mentor technical teams and supportpre-UAT and Go-Live readiness reviews .
