Job Responsibilities:
As a Partner Solutions Architect, you will:
- Demonstrate and Position AppViewX Solutions: Showcase AppViewX’s solutions and strategically position them within the partner’s service offerings.
- Discover and Nurture Opportunities: Identify potential customers and collaborate with Regional SAs to technically discover opportunities, including technical requirement gathering and functional feasibility.
- Manage Partner Labs and Excellence Centers: Run, manage, and maintain Partner LABs and Excellence Centers regularly.
- Support Partner Education Programs: Serve as an instructor for training sessions to educate partners.
- Contribute to MSP Program: Contribute to the MSP Program and replicate successes across other SI Partners.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with CAM, SE, Sales, CS, and Revenue organizations to scale the business through the partner program.
- Field Presence: Travel as needed to strengthen company goals by attending trade shows and visiting partner customers.
- Engage in Strategic Technical Discussions: Identify solutions and service offerings, targeting potential opportunities. Be hands-on with MSP Deployment and SaaS functionality.
Desired Skills and Experience
To be a successful Partner Solutions Architect, you should have:
- Technical Background in PKI and Related Fields: Knowledge in PKI and related technical areas is highly valued as our platform is heavily security focused.
- Channel, SI Partner Influence: Experience in channel or SI partner influence, or a strong network, is a significant plus.
- 5+ Years in Experience: Demonstrated experience as a pre-sale or related professional.
- Industry Understanding: Deep understanding of market needs to offer personalized product demos and improve partner-customer engagement processes.
- Relationship Management: Strong skills to foster relationships and positively influence partners.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with technical and business prospects.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Identity & PKI, with familiarity in Cloud, Containers, Infrastructure, and Python.
