Quint AI is hiring a Sales Funnel Executive to join our growing team.


At Quint AI, we are looking for a skilled professional with a strong background in building high-converting sales funnels and setting up automation workflows (email/SMS follow-ups post opt-in). This role will primarily focus on creating and optimizing webinar funnels for clients across the globe.


Responsibilities
  • Build, optimize, and manage high-converting sales funnels (with a focus on webinar funnels)
  • Set up automation workflows (email/SMS follow-up sequences) to improve customer engagement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client projects on time and at the highest standard
  • Continuously monitor, test, and refine funnels to maximise performance and ROI
  • Contribute ideas and solutions in a team-driven environment


Qualifications
  • Proven experience building funnels (GoHighLevel/ClickFunnels preferred, but other platforms welcome)
  • Demonstrable expertise (portfolio, prior projects, or certifications such as GoHighLevel certification)
  • Strong understanding of funnel strategy, automation, and customer journey design
  • Ability to work full-time in a salaried role (not part-time or freelance)
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Growth mindset: open to learning and committed to delivering excellent results


Compensation
  • INR 60,000 per month during a 3-month probation period
  • Salary review and increase after probation, based on skill level and performance (up to INR 2,00,000)
