Qualification: BTech/BE-Civil or Any UG degree

Preferred Skills: Field sales, Team Handling, Interaction with Builders, Architecture, Customer Management (cement, RMC industry)

Work Experience: 1- 2+ years of Sales exp (RMC Sales exp is advantage)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Business Development

  • Identify and prioritize market opportunities.
  • Create competitive proposals for key retail and medium clients.
  • Gather competitor insights on pricing and incentives.

Customer Management

  • Regular site visits to engage with project stakeholders and ensure smooth operations.

Industry Analysis

  • Conduct ongoing market analysis to assess regional positioning.

Order Planning & Scheduling

  • Facilitate customer onboarding in SAP before first dispatch.

Payment Receivables

  • Ensure timely collections and resolve payment issues.
  • Deliver invoices and credit/debit notes promptly.
  • Track sales and outstanding payments to strategize collections.

Product Rate

  • Achieve sales targets within defined pricing guidelines.
