We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITOM Developer with strong hands-on experience in ITOM module implementation, ServiceNow scripting, and integration. This is a contract-based, onsite role located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, offering the opportunity to work on high-impact enterprise projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow ITOM module

- Configure and maintain Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, and other ITOM components

- Write and maintain scripts (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes) to meet business requirements

- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ITOM workflows and integrations

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and support of ITOM solutions

- Document technical solutions, configurations, and processes.

Requirements :

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM module

- Strong knowledge and implementation experience in Discovery, CMDB, and Event Management

- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting

- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using APIs

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

- Immediate joiners or candidates available within 1520 days preferred
