This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing end-to-end recruitment processes during night shifts.Key Responsibilities• Handle end-to-end recruitment for domestic hiring requirements• Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels• Coordinate and manage campus placement activities• Maintain recruitment databases and reports using MS Office tools• Ensure smooth onboarding and compliance processes for selected candidates• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to meet staffing needsDesired Skills & Qualifications• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)• Prior experience in domestic recruiting or campus placement is preferred• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively• Willingness to work in night shifts
