Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource & Admin Assistant at Big Muscles Nutrition in Faridabad. The HRA Assistant will be responsible for HR management, human resources information systems (HRIS), benefits administration, and training tasks to support the HR team in various functions. We prefer people who have handled manufacturing units. KRA: Maintaining employee records and HR databases Hirings or white collar & labours both. Daily communication with labours for admin. Assisting with recruitment and onboarding Drafting and distributing HR policies and internal communications. Supporting payroll and benefits administration. Very active participation in the team is needed. Training the staff on compliance. Record maintenance to ensure compliance.. Monitoring changes to ensure all rules & regulations are being followed properly. Reporting to management on the compliance status. Creating a recruitment process that uses metrics, weight questions, and scales. Creating checklists to make action for all compliance to be done. Hiring all labours wherever & whenever required. monitoring all agents for labours. Housekeeping agencies & stock. Overall heathy environment of the organisation. Maintain a safe, secure, and compliant work environment for all employees and visitors.
