Key Responsibilities:


- Develop, implement, and manage pricing strategies for hospital services, ensuring alignment with market trends and regulatory standards.

- Conduct market analysis to assess pricing competitiveness and recommend adjustments based on findings.

- Collaborate with clinical staff to understand service costs and support value-based pricing initiatives.

- Prepare and present pricing proposals to senior management and relevant stakeholders.

- Monitor and analyze financial performance and revenue cycle metrics related to pricing.

- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations regarding pricing and billing practices.

- Lead pricing review meetings and maintain comprehensive documentation of pricing decisions.

- Train and support staff on pricing policies and procedures, promoting a culture of compliance and efficiency.

- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in hospital pricing.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

- 5+ years of experience in healthcare pricing, revenue cycle management, or financial analysis.

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and reimbursement methodologies.

- Experience with pricing software and hospital information systems.
