Google ads Manager
We are seeking an experienced Senior Performance Marketer to lead and optimize paid digital campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other performance channels. This role is pivotal in accelerating customer acquisition, optimizing ROI, and driving scalable, data-driven growth for our ecommerce portfolio. You will work closely with product, analytics, and creative teams to own and execute a full-funnel growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Campaign Management
- Plan, launch, and optimize high-performing paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic platforms.
- Manage end-to-end performance campaigns including audience segmentation, targeting, ad copy, creative testing, and bid strategies.
- Oversee budget allocation across channels to ensure optimal Cost per Acquisition (CPA) and maximum Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
2. Growth & Customer Acquisition Strategy
- Develop scalable acquisition funnels for web and app users across paid and organic channels.
-Build retargeting, lookalike, and prospecting strategies to improve conversion rates and lifetime value.
- Collaborate on referral programs, influencer integrations, and affiliate marketing initiatives.
3. Data Analytics & Optimization
- Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Branch, Adjust) to monitor campaign effectiveness and user behavior.
- Design and execute A/B tests across creatives, CTAs, landing pages, and customer flows.
- Deliver actionable insights through dashboards and weekly performance reports to leadership.
4. Digital Experience & Funnel Optimization
- Optimize the full digital journey from ad click to purchase - including landing page conversion and checkout experience.
- Monitor and improve key ecommerce metrics: conversion rate, bounce rate, cart abandonment, NPS, and LTV/CAC ratio.
- Collaborate with UI/UX, tech, and CRM teams to enhance the customer journey.
5. Channel Diversification & Innovation
- Evaluate and experiment with new acquisition channels (YouTube, Twitter Ads, Snapchat, native platforms).
- Implement marketing automation, audience intelligence, and machine learning-driven campaigns.
- Drive cross-functional growth initiatives in collaboration with content, SEO, and product marketing.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably with a D2C or ecommerce brand or a high-growth agency.
- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Business Suite, and performance analytics tools.
- Proven success in scaling paid campaigns with measurable impact on revenue and user growth.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, attribution modeling, and customer journey optimization.
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Adjust, or Branch is mandatory.
- Analytical mindset with a strong grasp of KPIs like CPA, ROAS, LTV, CAC, and engagement metrics.
- Familiarity with CRO, marketing automation, and A/B testing platforms (e.g., VWO, Optimizely) is a plus.
