Financial Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards,regulations, and reporting requirements.

- Perform financial analysisto identify trends, variances, and areasforimprovement.

- Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to support decision-making by senior management and stakeholders.

- Monitor and report on key financial performance indicators.

Financial Controls and Risk Management:

- Implement and maintain robust financial controls and procedures to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.

- Assess and mitigate financial risks,such as credit risk, liquidity risk, and operational risk.

- Review and improve internal control processes and systemsto enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Conduct periodic internal audits to identify control weaknesses and recommend corrective actions.

Financial Compliance and Audit:

- Coordinate and manage statutory, internal, IFC audits, etc. ensuring timely completion and accurate financial reporting.

- Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax requirements.

- Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory authorities as necessary.

- Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and reporting standards.

Mandatory Requirement:

- CA is Mandatory.

- Hands-on experience in the preparation of Consolidated and standalone financials (excel-based).

- Good theoretical and hands-on experience in INDAS.

- Experience of work in both a Listed Company and new-age/startups.

- Have thorough experience in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing in a listed company.

- Experience in both Tally and prominent ERPs (SAP/Oracle).

What skills you are expected to have:

- CA with at least 7 years of experience in Fintech/ New-age tech companies.

- Experience in Financial Reporting & Controllership is a must.

- Experience in Managing Big 4 Statutory Auditors.

- Skilled in Ind AS/ IFRS & Treasury; knowledge of RBI & SEBI regulations.

- Experience in managing working capital/ Fund flow management is preferred.
