In this role, you will manage a team of BDMs, ABDMs, and TLs, ensure consistent funnel management, and drive revenue growth in your territory. You'll combine people leadership and direct execution to scale NxtWave's presence in new regions.Why Join Us?- Opportunity to lead and shape NxtWave's offline sales expansion.- Work directly with senior leadership & drive revenue growth.- Competitive CTC + performance-based incentives.- Career growth into senior leadership roles.- Be part of a fast-growing EdTech revolution impacting millions across IndiaKey ResponsibilitiesRevenue & Funnel Ownership- Take charge of the lead conversion funnel: Lead qualification - Demo - Sale - Retention.- Monitor and drive conversion ratios, CAC, attrition, and productivity per counsellor.- Ensure weekly/monthly revenue targets are consistently met.Team & Leadership- Manage and coach a smaller team of BDMs and ABDMs and TLs- Provide hands-on guidance in calls, demos, and objection handling.- Conduct regular reviews, track KPIs, and implement corrective actions.Execution & Local Market Growth- Drive territory-specific sales strategies with direct involvement in execution.- Identify local opportunities, competition insights, and lead sources to improve market penetration.- Collaborate with the Senior Manager to roll up performance reports and align with larger regional goals.- Take end-to-end responsibility of office visits - counselling sessions - admission process for parents & students.Operational Excellence- Maintain CRM hygiene, ensure accurate funnel tracking, and optimize counsellor productivity.- Handle escalations and ensure strong learner/parent satisfaction.- Support recruitment and onboarding of ABDMs/BDMs as the team scales.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Like Marketing, Product, Operations) to align on business goals.Qualifications & Requirements- 3-6 years of proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in EdTech / Education / High-ticket B2C sales.- Strong experience in managing Managers/ABDMs + frontline counsellors with a track record of driving revenue outcomes.- Excellent communication skills in English + regional language (Kannada , Hindi, Tamil , Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati)- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, build funnels, and implement actionable insights.- Strong coaching mindset with empathy, patience, and people-first leadership.- High resilience and determination to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.Work Location & Working DaysWork from ( Gujarat / Hyderabad / Bangalore / Madhya Pradesh / Tamil Nadu/ Maharashtra depending on territory).6-day working week.
