As a Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations and team performance of our call center. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing and coaching a team of sales representatives, driving sales strategy, analyzing call center metrics, and implementing process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance.QualificationsMinimum of 7 years of experience in call center management or sales operationsIn-depth knowledge of call center operations, sales processes, and performance metricsProven track record of driving sales and meeting targetsStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in using CRM software and call center management toolsAbility to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvementsExperience in developing sales strategies and implementing sales initiativesBachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred)
