Job Title: Product Manager - Technology Solutions

Experience: 12-15 years

Location: Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and maintain Product Roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define product requirements and prioritize feature development.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.

- Work closely with customers to gather feedback and insights, and use this information to inform product decisions.

- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track product performance against established metrics.

- Lead the product launch process, including coordinating with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies.

- Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices, and share knowledge with the broader team.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

- Proven track record of success in product management roles, preferably in the technology industry.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple and intuitive solutions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and build consensus.

- Experience working in an agile development environment, with a deep understanding of agile methodologies.

- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

- Passion for technology and innovation, with a strong desire to drive positive change and make a meaningful impact.
