What you'll drive:

- Quarterly growth OKRs: Define targets, budgets, timelines and keep every channel on tempo.

- TOFU momentum: Shape topic roadmaps and KPIs, then brief and refine output from our SEO and PR agencies.

- MOFU acceleration: Partner with the in-house ABM manager and content creators to craft cohorts, assets and nurture paths that convert curiosity into pipeline.

- BOFU impact: Prioritise sales-enablement assets, structure win-loss reviews and pinpoint friction to close deals faster.

- New growth levers: Test smart plays-founder calculators, micro-events, communities-without blowing budgets.

What makes you a great fit:

- Tier 1 Education with 3-5 years experience Can be IIT- + 4-6 years or IIM- + 3-4 years.

- Smart hands-on generalist with more expertise in performance marketing.

- Someone who has an opinion and a voice.

- Ability to manage a function team of 3-4 and 2-3 agencies.

- Strong culture fit and startup mindset.
