Quick Commerce Head

Key Requirements:
- Proven track record in scaling brands on Quick Commerce platforms such as Instamart, Blinkit, Zepto, Amazon, Flipkart, and Big Basket.
- Must possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of P&L management.
- Experience with marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart is highly preferred.
- A background as a Senior Category Manager within these platforms will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel frequently as part of the role.
- Candidates based in Chennai are preferred; however, we are open to candidates from Bangalore who can commit to spending at least 2 days per week in Chennai.
Educational and Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree would be a plus.
- A minimum of 3-7 years of relevant experience in Quick Commerce or E-commerce platforms.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and strategy development, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
