**Job Description: Position Objective & Responsibilities**

**Work Location: MUMBAI / Strictly Work From Office
- Oversee all **SAP Basis **areas including resolution of the L1 and L2 issues reported by the business and **implementation** of improvement areas in these modules
- Work along with SAP or external advisors and vendors for L3 and product support areas
- Ensure reported issues are resolved in a timely manner as per the SLA agreed with the business team
- Manage and support seamless connectivity and operations of retail stores
- Perform continuous process improvement from respective areas using **SAP Basis **along with business team members and Internal Audit team and** implement** these process improvements in the S/4 HANA system
- Ensure the maintenance of current SAP projects and technology systems. Also manage integration/IDOCs with POS systems
- Provide required support to the MIS and BI team in developing BI/Analytical report
- Identify vulnerabilities, the need for upgrades, and opportunities for improvement as per new SAP S/4 HANA versions
- Manage SAP technology projects to meet cost, scope, and schedule constraints
- Propose strategic solutions and recommend new systems and software along with IT head/Group CIO
- Enable process efficiency of operations
- Define the enterprise architecture in conjunction with current and future requirements along with IT head/Group CIO
- Drive innovation for store/depot/head or back office core business operations by recommending viable technologies
- Provide guidance and expertise in e-commerce, web, and mobile customer experience channels
