Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated International Sales Manager to join our team. As the International Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence across international territories. Leveraging your expertise in sales management and international business, you will lead a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share in international markets.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and target markets for expansion, conducting market research and analysis to assess market potential and demand.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in international markets, fostering trust, loyalty, and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and coordination of sales efforts with organizational objectives.
- Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics, monitoring sales performance and implementing strategies to optimize results.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes in international markets, adapting sales strategies and tactics accordingly.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, networking with industry professionals and promoting our services to potential clients.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, presentations, and updates to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for business growth and improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in international sales management, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.
- Strong understanding of international markets, trade regulations, and customs procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, achieve revenue targets, and drive business growth.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools, with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Experience in negotiating and closing complex sales deals with multinational clients and partners.
- Ability to travel internationally as required for client meetings, trade shows, and business development opportunities.
- Fluency in multiple languages (desired).
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a commitment to excellence in sales and customer service.
