Our client is a prestigious Indian hospitality group renowned for its luxury and mid-segment hotel portfolio. With a commitment to creating unforgettable guest experiences, the group is rapidly expanding and currently operates properties across multiple locations.The Company also has a robust sales presence with Regional Sales Offices (RSOs) in Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, and Coimbatore.


About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary leader to head the Pan India Sales, Marketing and Revenue Management function for this growing portfolio. Reporting to senior leadership, the role will focus on achieving ambitious revenue targets, driving brand excellence, and fostering innovative strategies to secure the company’s position as a market leader.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive Sales and Marketing Strategies to meet and exceed national revenue goals.
  • Lead a high-performing team of Sales professionals across the Corporate Office and RSOs.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, and travel agencies.
  • Oversee revenue management strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Spearhead the creation of impactful marketing campaigns, advertising initiatives, and promotional materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing plans.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, offering actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to maintain a competitive edge.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven track record in senior-level Sales and Marketing roles within the hospitality industry with 18–20 years of experience, ideally in 5 star Brands.
  • Prior experience as GM /AVP - Sales & Marketing or similar role for multiple Hotels across locations and handled Revenues above 100 crores pa.
  • Expertise in strategic planning, team leadership, and client relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of revenue management and market analysis.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
