iMocha - Sales Account Manager

1. Manage a portfolio of high-value customer accounts, developing and executing strategic account plans to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
2. Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for key customers, understanding their unique needs, goals, and challenges.
3. Possess an in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services and advise customers on best practices for maximizing their value.
4. Promote customer advocacy and gather customer success stories, testimonials, and referrals to showcase the value of the company's solutions.
5. Proactively identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within customer accounts to drive revenue growth.
6. Gather feedback from customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development and support, to address customer needs and improve products or services.
7. Utilize data analytics to track customer success metrics and trends, and use insights to inform decision-making and customer success strategies.
8. Identify and mitigate churn risks by closely monitoring customer engagement and satisfaction levels.
9. Prepare and deliver regular reports on customer success KPIs and key account performance to leadership and stakeholders."
