Job Title : IT Security Onboarding Business : Pune (Hybrid : 5+ the Role :
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Azure Active Directory, experience with data migrations, and the ability to work closely with technical and business teams to ensure smooth project Responsibilities :
- Work on onboarding projects (users, applications, or systems) into Azure AD and related environments.- Support migration projects, including planning, execution, and post-migration support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prepare documentation, and ensure business needs are met.
- Analyze and validate data using SQL to support onboarding/migration activities.
- Coordinate with security and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance and governance.
- Monitor, track, and report project status using dashboards (Power BI understanding preferred).
- Provide support in resolving issues related to onboarding, migration, and access Skills & Experience :
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis within IT Security / Identity & Access Management (IAM) projects.- Strong knowledge of Azure Active Directory (Azure AD).
- Hands-on experience with migration projects (user/application/data migrations).
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting.
- Good understanding of Azure environment and related services.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model (Pune Skills :
- Exposure to Azure Databricks for data migration/analysis.- Understanding of Power BI dashboards for tracking and reporting.
