Position: Business Analyst

Experience : 8 to 10 Years

Location: Pune-Hybrid (Kothrud)

Business Analysis Techniques-Business Analysts should have a strong understanding of various business analysis techniques, such as requirements elicitation, documentation, and analysis. Interviewers may assess your ability to gather and document business requirements, conduct stakeholder interviews, facilitate workshops, create process models, and analyze complex business problems.

Domain Knowledge- Business Analysts often work in specific industries or domains, and having domain knowledge relevant to the role can be an advantage. Interviewers may assess your understanding of the specific industry or domain, including its business processes, regulations, challenges, and opportunities.

Problem Solving Skills-Business Analysts need to be skilled in analyzing complex problems and identifying effective solutions. Interviewers may assess your problem-solving skills, including your ability to identify root causes, analyze data, evaluate options, and make recommendations based on sound reasoning and critical thinking.

Communication and Stakeholder Management-Business Analysts need to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including business users, product owners, development teams, and other relevant parties. Interviewers may assess your communication skills, including your ability to listen actively, ask probing questions, articulate ideas clearly, and present information in a concise and understandable manner.

Requirements Management-Business Analysts are responsible for managing requirements throughout the project lifecycle, including documenting, validating, and verifying requirements. Interviewers may assess your ability to create clear and comprehensive requirements documentation, trace requirements to business objectives, and ensure requirements are complete, consistent, and feasible.

Data Analysis-Business Analysts may need to analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions. Interviewers may assess your data analysis skills, including your ability to work with data, interpret data visualizations, and draw meaningful conclusions from data analysis.

Change Management-Business Analysts may be involved in change management activities, including assessing the impact of changes on business processes, systems, and stakeholders.
