Overview: We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Manager of Recruitment Operations to lead our recruitment team in the fast-paced environment of the IT software industry. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, deep knowledge of recruitment processes, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative and high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership and Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 14+ recruiters, ensuring high performance, motivation, and professional development.
  • Set clear performance objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team, regularly tracking and evaluating their progress.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the recruitment team.

2.Recruitment Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet the evolving talent needs of the organization.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the quality of hires.
  1. Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including department heads, executives, and HR partners, to understand their talent requirements and priorities.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to stakeholders, providing insights, recommendations, and updates on recruitment activities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and issue resolution related to recruitment processes and candidate experiences.

4.Talent Acquisition:

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Drive proactive talent sourcing strategies, leveraging various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and talent pipelines.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and analyze recruitment data to identify trends, assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, and make data-driven decisions.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into effective recruitment strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
