  • Data migration to and from different systems into Zoho CRM or other platforms.

  • Creation of custom tools and scripts to automate various business processes.

  • Create a roadmap for development and prepare iterations for approval and tracking.

  • Own the entire development life cycle from concept to production as well as support.

  • Maintain proper code documentation and use best practices for version control.



Requirements

  • Knowledge of Zoho CRM and Zoho suite of business apps

  • Programming skills (Zoho Deluge Core Java HTML CSS)

  • Ability to plan data structures and present them effectively before implementation

  • Knowledge of relational databases and data modelling methodologies

  • Ability to structure user roles and access within the CRM system

  • Ability to connect to outside applications via APIs
