Job Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated Zoho Sales Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales inquiries, generating and qualifying leads, and building relationships with potential clients. Your expertise with Zoho CRM and sales tools will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Management: Identify, qualify, and nurture sales leads through multiple channels.
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport with contacts, understand their requirements, and guide them through the sales process.
- Sales Process Management: Handle incoming calls and emails, assign leads to appropriate sales representatives, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Zoho CRM Management: Use Zoho CRM and related tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and monitor sales activities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align goals and develop lead generation strategies.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate and analyze sales reports using Zoho tools to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or business development.
- CRM Expertise: Strong working knowledge of Zoho CRM and lead generation techniques.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and a desire to learn and grow.
