Tracking and reconciliation of all BillDesk transactions related to customer collections.- Perform BillDesk and bank reconciliations for all collection bank accounts within defined timelines.- Manage clearing account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely closure of open items.- Coordinate with IT and internal teams for resolution of discrepancies or pending transactions in clearing accounts.- Support the implementation of Lower Tax Deduction Certificates (LTDC) and ensure compliance with applicable tax provisions.- Prepare periodic reports and reconciliations to support management reviews and audits.- Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails for all reconciliations and adjustments.- Assist in automation and process improvement initiatives within the revenue accounting and collection domain.Critical Behavioural Competencies:- Drive for Results: Demonstrates accountability and ownership to achieve business objectives.- Interpersonal Effectiveness: Builds effective working relationships and collaborates across teams.- Functional Excellence: Displays accuracy, attention to detail, and process discipline.- Withstanding Pressure: Maintains focus and quality output under time-bound and high-volume situations.Critical Functional Skill Level Required:- Knowledge of Accounts Receivable Advanced- Knowledge of SAP FICO Intermediate to Advanced- Excel Skills (Controlling & Reporting Packs) Advanced- PowerPoint (PPT) Skills IntermediateQualification & Experience:- Educational Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)- Experience: 46 years of relevant experience in collection accounting, revenue accounting, or finance controllership.- Strong hands-on experience with SAPFICO and reconciliation processes.- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for financial reporting and presentation.- Exposure to telecom / service industry finance processes will be an added advantage.Key Attributes:- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.- Strong communication and coordination skills.- Commitment to process improvement and compliance.
