Role 1: Sales & Auction Coordinator


Location:** Goregaon, Mumbai & Mayapuri, Delhi (On-site)


Job Overview:

The Sales & Auction Coordinator will be responsible for reaching out to sellers, mostly companies, to discuss material liquidation. You will also hunt auctions on platforms such as MSTC and other scrap/salvage auction websites, analyze opportunities, create detailed reports, and coordinate between buyers and sellers during ongoing projects.


Responsibilities:

- Identify and engage with companies for material liquidation opportunities.

- Track and participate in auctions on MSTC and similar platforms.

- Prepare reports on auctions, sellers, and potential deals.

- Coordinate with buyers during ongoing projects, ensuring smooth operations.

- Maintain and update databases with seller/buyer information and auction results.


Qualifications:

- Strong research skills, especially in auction platforms like MSTC.

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

- Experience in B2B sales and/or project coordination.

- Ability to create reports and present actionable insights.

- Experience with scrap, salvage, or industrial material is a plus.

Role 2: Vendor Development & Coordination Executive


Location: Goregaon, Mumbai & Mayapuri, Delhi (On-site)


Job Overview:

The Vendor Development & Coordination Executive will focus on growing and maintaining our vendor network, regularly coordinating with sellers and buyers. You will manage ongoing and new business engagements, create daily lead lists, and develop new categories of buyers.


Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors.

- Coordinate with sellers and ensure smooth ongoing business.

- Generate and track daily lead lists for potential business opportunities.

- Develop new buyer categories based on market trends.

- Maintain records of communications and project progress.


Qualifications:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Experience in vendor management or sales.

- Proficient in lead generation and CRM tools.

- Ability to build relationships and manage multiple projects at once.

- Experience in the scrap industry or material handling is a plus.
