Our mission is to help businesses transform concepts into powerful visual stories and data-driven marketing strategiesthrough visualisation and communication .Role OverviewAs a Production Coordinator atCK Creatives , the role focuses on ensuring smooth execution of all production activities including shoot planning, coordination, logistics, and on-site management. You will work closely with the Creative, Project, and Operations teams to make sure every production runs efficiently, on time, and within budget. Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate shoot schedules, team allocation, and logistics. Arrange locations, assets, equipment, travel, food, and stay requirements. Coordinate with talent, crew, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution. Manage on-site activities, ensure timely shoot start, and maintain smooth workflow. Handle documentation, basic reporting, and communication between departments. RequirementsExperience in production coordination or shoot management. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work efficiently under deadlines. Good communication and coordination abilities. Willingness to relocate when required. Software KnowledgeMS Office(Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Basic knowledge of production-related tools is an advantage.
