With precision engineering and sustainable practices at our core, we’re expanding our team to support our growing operations in Siliguri, West Bengal.We are looking for aresponsible, organized, and proactive individualto oversee our ongoing production projects and manage stock efficiently. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless coordination between production, materials management, and documentation.Key Responsibilities: Oversee and monitor allongoing factory production projects . Ensure allmaterials and finished productsare properlyorganized and stored project-wiseto avoid mix-ups. Maintain detaileddocumentation and data recordsfor each production project. Managestock levels , track usage, and planreplenishmentto prevent shortages of raw material. Prepare and updateinventory and project status reportsregularly.Desired Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or diploma inEngineering, Production Management, Supply Chain, or a related field . 3–5 years of experiencein production supervision, inventory control, or factory operations (manufacturing experience preferred). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency inMS Excel. Attention to detail and ability to work independently. Excellent communication and coordination skills.Salary Range: Rs. 28,000/- to Rs. 38,000/- CTC plus accomodation, depending on experience and skillset.
