Job Description :


We are seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Engineer to join our team and take on a key role in managing and optimizing our cloud infrastructure. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has hands-on experience with AWS services and is passionate about building scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-based systems.

Key Responsibilities :


- Design, implement, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure using a variety of AWS services.


- Manage and monitor AWS resources, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.


- Work with key AWS services such as EC2, VPC, ECS, Load Balancers, Autoscaling Groups, EBS, EFS, FSX, S3, - Transit Gateway, Lambda, API Gateway, and CloudWatch.


- Implement automation solutions and develop scripts for provisioning, configuration management, and monitoring.


- Lead and manage a team of engineers to ensure effective cloud infrastructure deployment and maintenance.


- Ensure compliance with security best practices and standards for cloud infrastructure.


- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and services.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.


Must-Have Skills :

- AWS Services Expertise : Extensive experience with key AWS services, including EC2, VPC, ECS, Load Balancers, Autoscaling Groups, EBS, EFS, FSX, S3, Transit Gateway, Lambda, API Gateway, and CloudWatch.


- AWS Certification : AWS certification is mandatory (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, etc.).


- Automation and Scripting : Strong experience in automating cloud infrastructure tasks and scripting (e.g., using Bash, Python, or other scripting languages).


- Cloud Monitoring : Experience in monitoring AWS resources using CloudWatch and other monitoring tools to ensure system health.


- Security Standards : In-depth knowledge of cloud security best practices and experience in securing AWS resources.


- Team Leadership : Proven experience in leading a team of engineers and collaborating effectively in a team environment.



Desired Skills :


- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS.


- Experience with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, AWS CloudFormation).


- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).


- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.



Education & Qualifications :


- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).


- AWS Certification(s) as mentioned above.
