Job Description :- Overall experience 10 to 15 years.- Incident and Problem Management, Respond to and resolve escalated end user-related incidents and issues in a timely manner.- Handle internal and external IT audits and compliances related to End User Management.- Manage end user security & services (MS O365,Proxy,DLP,AV,OS Patch,AD,Access).- Manage Collaboration technology (Teams, VC/TP,Webex).- Establish & Manage device standards and user profiles for IT asset deployment.- Experience in Windows, AD, M365 and Azure cloud administration.- Experience as administrator and designed, implemented, and supported Windows environments in both bare metal and highly virtualized environments.- Expertise in troubleshooting onprem Active Directory and AAD issues and support.- Expertise in Office Exchange online, SharePoint online, Teams, one drive, tenant configuration, federation and related M365 Admin centers.- Implement and support M365 policies and configuration, provide technical enhancements and bug fixes as needed for M365 applications.- Role based access control experience (RBAC) configuration for different azure roles at different azure resource level, subscription, resource group and resources.- Knowledge of core concepts and best practices of identity and access management (IAM), such as authentication, authorization and multifactor authentication (MFA) and conditional access.- Understanding of security principles and experience in implementing security controls in Azure environments, such as network security groups, Azure security center and Azure firewall.- Installing, Configuring and Managing AD / DHCP / DNS / IIS / Proxy / FTP / SFTP Services.- Should be experienced in Installation, configuration, hardening, patching and administration and support of Windows Servers.- Administration of Windows Terminal Server, Group Policy management and User Management.About Us :Transforming Businesses through Digitalization.Tata Tele Business Services (TTBS), belonging to the prestigious Tata Group of Companies, is the countrys leading enabler of connectivity and communication solutions for businesses.With services ranging from connectivity, collaboration, cloud, security, IoT, and marketing solutions, TTBS offers the largest portfolio of ICT services for businesses in India.With an unwavering focus on customer-centricity and innovation, TTBS continues to garner recognition from customers and peers alike.Our People Shape Our Journey Ahead :We are Indias leading enabler of digital connectivity and technology solutions for businesses a feat possible only because we are fueled by the dedication and passion of our people.We welcome the finest talent and believe in nurturing and mentoring them to rise into leadership roles, while standing tall on our ethics and values.
