Description :Key Responsibilities :- Lead and manage multiple Agile teams to deliver robust, scalable, and high-performing MEAN stack applications.- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.- Oversee all phases of software delivery, including planning, design, development, deployment, and support.- Provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and mentoring to development teams.- Ensure alignment with best practices in coding standards, architecture design, and cloud-native development.- Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and quality assurance processes.- Monitor delivery timelines, manage risks, and ensure project milestones are achieved.- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for automation, optimization, and improved delivery efficiency.Must-Have Skills & Qualifications :Experience :- Minimum 8+ years in software development, with at least 3+ years as an Architect or Lead Architect.MEAN Stack Expertise :MongoDB :- Advanced knowledge of schema design, indexing, performance tuning, and scaling.Express.js / Nodejs : - Proven ability to design and build highly scalable, asynchronous, and event-driven backend :- Expert-level proficiency in building complex, stateful Single Page Applications (SPAs).System Design :- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful API design, design patterns, and cloud-native best practices.Cloud Platforms :- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP for deployment, monitoring, and scaling.Containerization & CI/CD :- Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD pipelines (e.g , Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure :- Expertise in NoSQL (MongoDB) and relational databases, including optimization, data modeling, and migration strategies.- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.- Proven track record of managing end-to-end software delivery in a fast-paced, agile environment (ref:hirist.tech)
