Shift Timings: Night shiftRole: US OnboardingLocation: Vadodara/ GurgaonExperience- Min. 1 Year in U.S. Onboarding is a must.Job Responsibilities:- Onboarding of new hire candidates - Off boarding - Responsible for background checks and drug tests for all the new hires, and initiating checks accurately. - Initiating a Drug test and making sure consultants take it in a timely manner to avoid any delay in on onboarding process. - Act as the primary point of contact for consultants regarding all queries related to payroll, benefits, expenses, etc. - Act as first point of contact for subcontractors and maintain relationships with existing vendors/clients.Candidate must have:- Detail-oriented, organized, and thorough - Very good English verbal and written communication skills – must be confident in your ability to communicate with Americans in a professional manner. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent follow-up skills - Friendly, positive, and proactive attitudeOther Benefits & Perks- Both Side Cabs (No cabs in Vadodara) - Medical + Accidental insurance - Recurring incentives - Rewards & Recognition Programs- monthly, annually - International Trips for TOP PERFORMERS
