Senior Sales Coordinator

- Coordinate and manage the sales team's activities and schedules to ensure efficient and effective sales operations for International & Domestic Market.
- Manage and allocate the first stage of leads coming through email campaigns, referrals, social media, direct emails, events, and trade shows. Track them throughout the conversation and provide support to the sales team as needed.
- Manage all emails received at the "contact" ID, forward specific emails to the relevant departments, and track them throughout the process.
- Allocate leads to specific salespersons for designated regions, covering both domestic and international markets, and ensure that each lead is entered into the CRM software for accurate traceability.
- Respond promptly to leads received on the "contact" ID and ensure that the salesperson addresses all the lead's questions and requests in a timely manner.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and goals to achieve company targets.
- Find opportunities for expansion and enhancement, track and evaluate sales information and industry trends.
- Make and provide forecasts, budgets, and sales reports to management.
- Assist the sales team with lead generation, prospecting, and contract closing.
- Keep up-to-date sales records and customer databases.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and production, to ensure smooth communication and collaboration. Provide the status of samples, documents, and dispatches to the sales team to inform buyers.
- Prepare Track sheet for all leads along with status of the lead and submit the same to Top Management on daily Basis.
- Assist the sales team administratively by putting together contracts, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Respond to requests, grievances, and questions from clients immediately and professionally.
- Help with the planning of conferences, trade exhibits, and sales activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new products/services to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
- Train and onboard new sales team members, providing them with necessary resources and guidance.
- Make sure that all sales efforts adhere to the company's policies, processes, and ethical standards.
- Work together with the sales team to create and execute effective sales plans and techniques.
- Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
