About the Role
- At Nua, we are obsessed with developing holistic solutions to solve real problems women face concerning their vital wellness through great products, personalized experience and a supportive community.
- As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will drive short, medium and long-term Brand Marketing initiatives, with an objective to build awareness and consideration in focus geographies. You will work with various cross-functional teams to drive initiatives such as Influencer Marketing, Digital Advertising, Catchment-Area Advertising, Events and Activations.
- The ideal candidate for this role will be a self-driven professional who has strong analytical thinking, execution capabilities and ability to work on multiple workstreams with competing priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-create the Regional Marketing Strategy: Work with the Head of Marketing and Category Managers to develop the Regional Marketing Calendar for priority market/s.
- Implement Regional Marketing Initiatives: Translate the strategy into a quarterly/monthly calendar of initiatives - both digital and on-ground. Collaborate with internal and external teams to drive efficient and timely execution.
- Monitor Performance and Outcomes: Track input and output metrics, and analyze outcomes against defined objectives.
- Act as Custodian of the Consumer and Market: Stay abreast of social and cultural trends in the region and represent these insights internally.
- Plan Collaterals: Partner with Creative and Content teams to develop relevant marketing collaterals.

- Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams and manage multiple workstreams with competing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Bias for action and a self-starter mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Post-graduate from a top-tier institution
- 3-5 years of experience in Brand Marketing or Category Marketing (FMCG experience preferred)
