Role Overview: We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven P&L Head for our Pilates vertical who will own end-to-end business performance and expansion. This is a cross-functional leadership role that requires a blend of operational expertise, business acumen, and a passion for fitness. You will be responsible for scaling the Pilates business, ensuring profitability, and delivering seamless execution across cities. Key Responsibilities: Own the P&L for the Pilates vertical — drive revenue, optimize costs, and ensure profitability Lead and execute the expansion strategy across multiple locations Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Product, HR, and Central Teams Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, customer demand, and competitive landscape Set up and streamline operational processes for new and existing centers Drive excellence in customer experience and studio performance Recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing team Track key business metrics, generate insights, and drive data-backed decisions What We're Looking For: 6+ years of experience in brick-and-mortar businesses (e.g., fitness chains, retail, F&B, healthcare, wellness) Proven track record of owning and delivering on P&L objectives Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Deep passion for fitness and wellness — ideally a personal interest or background in Pilates, fitness, or sports Willingness to travel or relocate as needed Why Join Us: Be part of a high-impact, fast-growing fitness brand Drive innovation in one of the most premium verticals at Cult.fit Work with passionate teams and build something that positively transforms lives Competitive compensation and growth opportunities
