Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Luxury Travel Specialist at The Villa Escape located in Mumbai. As a Luxury Travel Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and organizing their luxury travel experiences. This includes making travel arrangements, providing exceptional customer service, managing travel itineraries, and ensuring smooth and seamless travel experiences for clients.


Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Experience in travel management and arranging travel itineraries
  • Knowledge of luxury travel destinations and accommodations
  • Business travel experience is a plus
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
