Your Role (What You’ll Do) -ready to relocate in Dubai, UAE

1. Craft Engaging Content

  • Develop, schedule, and post 4–6 high-quality social media posts per week across Instagram, Facebook, , and emerging platforms.
  • Work with designers to ensure visuals and captions are a match made in social heaven.
  • Use your creative genius to write captions that drive engagement and resonate with our audience.

2. Grow the Social Universe

  • Strategically grow Pantheon’s follower base by 10% per month across platforms.
  • Identify and leverage trending topics, hashtags, and social challenges to increase reach.

3. Engage and Delight

  • Respond to 95%+ of comments and direct messages within 24 hours to keep our audience engaged.
  • Foster community conversations and build relationships with followers and influencers.

4. Monitor and Analyze

  • Track social media performance metrics like engagement rate, impressions, and follower growth.
  • Provide actionable insights from analytics to improve strategy and content quality.

5. Stay Ahead of Trends

  • Keep an eye on emerging social platforms, trends, and tools to ensure Pantheon is always leading the digital conversation.

What You Bring (Your Toolkit)

  • Experience:
  • 2–4 years of social media management experience, preferably in lifestyle, real estate, or luxury industries.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, and Canva.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills and a knack for storytelling.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret social media data and improve performance.
  • Ready to relocate in Dubai , UAE
