Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the Enterprise Sales Team to achieve organizational revenue targets and business growth objectives.- Identify and develop new enterprise business opportunities across sectors, including Cloud, Data Center, and AI-driven solutions.- Define and execute go-to-market strategies for enterprise clients globally.- Drive lead generation, strategic partnerships, and key account expansion initiatives.- Create and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and RFP responses tailored to client needs.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams - including marketing, product, and technology - to align business strategies and client solutions.- Lead high-value negotiations and manage C-level client relationships with enterprise customers.- Provide strategic direction and mentorship to the enterprise sales team to ensure continuous performance improvement.- Work closely with leadership to expand business in international markets, including frequent travel to Dubai and other global locations.- Explore and promote opportunities in the AI and emerging technology segments as part of Cyfuture's next growth phase. Required Skills:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field (preferably from a premier institute).- Proven experience in enterprise or B2B sales leadership roles within IT, Cloud, or AI domains.- Strong understanding of Cloud Services (AWS/Azure/GCP), Data Center solutions, and AI-driven business models.- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive negotiation skills.- Dynamic, visionary, and able to lead teams across regions effectively.- Willingness to travel as part of global business expansion initiatives.
