Role in Clients

  • Ensure client work is completed per the agreed scope of work.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of each client in the portfolio and provide timely project status reports.
  • Manage and review the project management system daily for task tracking and team time recording.
  • Monitor and respond to client/team communications within defined timeframes.
  • Coordinate with Team Lead Consultants (TLCs) to improve client satisfaction, achieve growth areas, and ensure team-client sync.
  • Develop and maintain project-related documents, including onboarding training, with regular updates.
  • Allocate resources, plan for backups during leaves, and handle delegation as needed.
  • Schedule and attend client calls, keeping them informed about project status.
  • Support TLCs in quality work delivery, client retention, and expanding the scope of work.
  • Act as a backup for TLCs, Analysts, or Executives when necessary.

Role in Team

  • Define and monitor OKRs for Analysts and Executives in consultation with TLCs, conducting weekly reviews.
  • Foster a progressive, healthy team culture and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Evaluate work quality periodically and assist TLCs with performance improvement plans.
  • Ensure employee retention and encourage participation in company activities.
  • Provide feedback during confirmations, OKRs, and PIP development.

Role in Person

  • Exemplify professionalism, punctuality, and leadership.
  • Continuously enhance skills in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central).
  • Stay updated on industry knowledge and client-specific insights to build rapport.
  • Participate actively in company events like CSR, newsletters, and team activities.
  • Follow company policies and maintain a professional appearance.

Required Skills and Qualifications


  • Education: Inter-CA/CMA/ACCA, MBA (Finance), M.Com., or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, including foreign accounting software.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Team management, project management, and leadership abilities.
  • Logical reasoning, analytical acumen, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in global accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Knowledge of processes, procedures, and growth-oriented adaptability.
  • Open and honest communication, time management, and scheduling expertise.

Preferred Experience

  • Exposure to international accounting standards and multi-country operations.
