This role is ideal for professionals with 5+ years of experience in franchise sales, channel development, and consultative outreach—especially those with backgrounds in medical representation, real estate or insurance sales who understand field discipline and stakeholder trust.Key Responsibilities- Drive franchise acquisition and onboarding across Mumbai and surrounding regions- Identify, engage, and activate strategic partners including Chartered Accountants, financial planners, tax consultants, and HNI advisors- Build and manage a partner-led sales funnel—from lead generation to closure- Conduct outreach campaigns, roadshows, and one-on-one presentations with warmth and clarity- Collaborate with onboarding and legal teams to ensure smooth partner activation- Track performance metrics, partner ROI, and territory growth- Represent Gomini at professional forums, expos, and consultant networks- Provide feedback to product and marketing teams for persona-specific customizationIdeal Candidate Profile- 5+ years in channel development, or partner-led B2C sales- Experience in medical representative, real estate or insurance sales roles with strong field discipline- Proven ability to build trust with HNIs, financial professionals, and consultant networks- Consultative selling mindset with a knack for simplifying tech solutions- Strong follow-up skills, operational discipline, and emotional intelligence- Fluent in Marathi and English; Hindi is a plus- Familiarity with Mumbai’s professional and financial ecosystem is highly desirableWhat We Offer- Purpose-driven work that blends tech and tradition- Competitive compensation with performance-linked incentives- Opportunity to shape community transformation at scale- Supportive, values-aligned team culture- Growth path into regional leadership roles
