Job Summary:

The Presales Consultant Telecaller will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients understanding their business needs and presenting our products or services in a compelling way. This role involves qualifying leads scheduling meetings for the sales team and providing detailed product information to help convert leads into sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company s products or services identify key decisionmakers and qualify leads.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with prospects by providing timely and accurate information about the company s offerings.
  • Needs Assessment: Understand the business needs and pain points of potential clients to tailor product presentations and solutions accordingly.
  • Information Sharing: Provide detailed information about product features benefits and pricing to potential clients.
  • Meeting Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • FollowUp: Maintain regular followup with prospects to nurture relationships and keep them engaged throughout the sales process.
  • Reporting: Document call outcomes lead status and other relevant details in the CRM system; prepare reports as needed for the sales team and management.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends competitor offerings and market conditions to effectively communicate the value proposition.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies share insights and contribute to the overall sales goals.
