Responsibilities:

Payroll Administration and Services:

- Handling day-to-day tasks related to payroll administration.

- Ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.

Payroll Taxes and Compliance:

- Managing payroll taxes to ensure compliance with legal standards.

- Staying updated with relevant payroll laws and regulations.

Employee Benefits Management:

- Overseeing employee benefits administration.

Team Management:

- Leading a payroll team, providing guidance and support.

- Ensuring team efficiency and Proven experience in payroll administration, services, and taxes.

- Prior experience in leading a payroll team.

Knowledge:

- Familiarity with relevant payroll laws, regulations, and compliance standards.

Skills:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical Bachelor's/PG degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Other Requirements:
