  • Lead a team of qualified recruiters.
  • Close coordination with Planning Team across various fleet
  • Responsible for closure of requirements as per defined TAT (turn around time).
  • Responsible for verification and accuracy of documents and forms submitted by the recruiter.
  • Conduct interviews for juniors ranks.
  • Review proposals of seniors (including interview)
  • Oversee the approval process/forms (including profile activation in system)
  • Participation interviews, revisions, and updates of company procedures to comply with relevant standards and industry norms.
  • Manage and maintain a comprehensive and well-organized database of all recruitment activities.
  • Prepare monthly dashboards.
  • Participate in wage benchmarking exercises.
  • Develop and maintain strong interdepartmental relationships.
  • Foster and sustain strong relationships with Clients and Colleagues


JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree Graduate
  • At least 10 years' experience as Recruitment Manager or equivalent
