Our goal is to create an environment where we all win with precision.Job DescriptionYour CareerWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to lead our HR Operations team in delivering exceptional service through our global shared services model. This role will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, process improvement, and technology adoption to enhance the employee experience.Your Impact- Employee Centric - Services Culture Orientation: - Elevating the employee experience: We champion a positive and productive work environment by transforming routine tasks into opportunities for meaningful interaction and collaboration. - Proactive problem-solving: Don't just answer questions—anticipate employee needs and proactively offer solutions. - Personalized support: Treat employees as individuals, understanding their unique situations and tailoring interactions accordingly._ Delivering a positive service experience: We foster a culture of open communication where employees feel connected, heard, and empowered to seek the support they need.- Strategic Leadership: - Provide input and thought leadership to the comprehensive global HR Operations model aligned with the overall HR and business objectives. - Provide strategic direction and oversight for all aspects of HR Operations, including service delivery, process optimization, technology capabilities, and vendor management. - Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure service delivery operational effectiveness and identify areas for continuous improvement. - Team Management & Development: - Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of ~5 HR professionals initially with growth potential to 10+ team members providing service delivery for a specific set of global services, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence. - Provide clear direction and continuous feedback, set performance expectations, and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure individual and team success. - Service Delivery & Process Improvement: - Oversee day to day the delivery of high-quality and efficient HR services across various areas such as: employee data management, auditing and compliance, front line cyclical program support and general support inquiries to name a few. - Continuously evaluate and optimize HR processes to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance the employee and manager experience. - Implement automation and self-service solutions to improve efficiency and data accuracy. - Technology & Innovation: - Stay abreast of emerging HR technology trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement - Lead the change and adoption of new HR technologies, including HRIS systems, payroll systems, and other relevant platforms. - Ensure data integrity and security across all HR systems and platforms. - Stakeholder Management: - Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including Global People Operations Ecosystem, People Business Partners, IT, Finance, and Legal. - Partnering for Success: We work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver seamless services and achieve outcomes that exceed our service owners' expectations.QualificationsYour Experience:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. - 10+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or a similar role, with at least 4 years in a leadership capacity. - Global mindset, including experience managing a matrixed organization with global delivery model, supporting multiple regions and time zones - Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices. - Experience with HR technology implementation and optimization, including HRIS platforms (Workday preferred), Service Management platforms (Service Now preferred), payroll systems, and other relevant platforms. - Exceptional leadership skills, superior communication and team building capabilities, and stakeholder management skills. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Additional InformationThe TeamOur People team works throughout the organization to enable ... you guessed it: people.
