Job Summary :

ATS Corporate IT drives the design, implementation, and management of enterprise-wide infrastructure solutions across our global offices.

We are seeking a seasoned Manager IT Infrastructure with 15+ years of experience to lead our Bangalore-based infrastructure team and oversee the global delivery of secure, scalable, and highly available IT systems.

This role is ideal for a senior infrastructure leader who combines deep technical expertise with strategic vision, project ownership, and strong people leadership.

You will play a critical role in shaping infrastructure strategy, driving execution, and partnering with global teams to ensure reliable IT services for our global workforce.

Key Responsibilities :

Infrastructure Leadership :

- Own the end-to-end management of global infrastructure operations across Microsoft 365, Exchange, Active Directory, and Azure-based environments.

- Lead infrastructure modernization and cloud migration efforts, including hybrid identity design and datacenter consolidation.

- Define operational standards for scalability, performance, monitoring, automation, and business continuity.

- Architect robust, secure Azure infrastructure (compute, storage, networking) and hybrid connectivity (VPN, ExpressRoute, Azure Arc).

- Ensure high availability, resilience, and disaster recovery planning across systems and services.

Security & Compliance :

- Lead endpoint protection and incident response using tools like CrowdStrike Falcon.

- Oversee vulnerability management and ensure timely risk remediation.

- Manage patching and system compliance with tools such as Azure Update Manager.

- Implement data governance frameworks using Microsoft Purview (classification, labeling, insider risk).

- Align infrastructure operations with audit requirements, security frameworks, and global compliance mandates.

People Management :

- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 36 infrastructure engineers based in Bangalore.

- Drive team performance through clear goal setting, ongoing coaching, and structured development plans.

- Foster a high-trust, collaborative team environment with a strong focus on knowledge sharing and process excellence.

- Serve as a senior escalation point for major incidents and drive post-mortem analysis and corrective actions.

Program & Stakeholder Management :

- Lead large-scale, cross-functional projects such as M&A integrations, infrastructure rollouts, and platform upgrades.

- Partner with global counterparts in networking, security, applications, and support to align infrastructure goals with business needs.

- Report progress, risk, and status to senior leadership with clear, data-driven insights.

- Engage with external vendors and service providers to drive delivery excellence and cost efficiency.

Required Qualifications :

Education & Certifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.

Preferred certifications :

- Microsoft Certified : Azure Administrator Associate.

- VMware Certified Professional.

- CrowdStrike Certified Falcon Administrator.

Experience :

- 15+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure roles, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.

- Proven expertise in Microsoft infrastructure (M365, Exchange Hybrid, Active Directory, Entra ID).

- In-depth experience with Azure services, virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V), and hybrid infrastructure management.

- Strong background in scripting and automation using PowerShell.

- Successful track record leading global infrastructure initiatives, migrations, and transformation projects.

- Experience with IT security, patching, monitoring, and compliance.

- Comfortable working across Windows and Linux environments.
