About the role: Assembly Global India is seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Leader to lead our talent acquisition efforts. This role is pivotal in driving our recruitment strategy, ensuring the successful hiring of top talent for both our Global Delivery Center and Domestic market. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in recruitment, team leadership, and a strong understanding of the digital media and advertising services industry
Primary Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Provide strategic direction and operational oversight to ensure the recruitment team meets organizational hiring goals.
- Set clear performance expectations and metrics for the team while ensuring regular feedback and professional development opportunities.'
Recruitment Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure fulfillment of roles across the Global Delivery Center and the Domestic market, meeting deadlines and quality benchmarks
- Partner with global stakeholders to understand talent needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
- Establish and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles, ensuring a proactive approach to future hiring needs.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as a trusted advisor to global and regional stakeholders, providing insights and updates on recruitment progress and market trends.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, cross-functional teams, and leadership to anticipate and address talent needs proactively.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job portals, and other talent sourcing partners.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position Assembly Global India as an employer of choice in the market.
- Enhance the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and professional journey.
- Implement diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) hiring strategies to build a more inclusive workforce.
Market Expertise & Innovation
- Leverage expertise in the digital media and advertising services industry to attract top talent.
- Stay updated on industry hiring trends and implement innovative sourcing and hiring techniques.
- Utilize data-driven insights to improve recruitment processes and outcomes
- Introduce modern HR tech tools, AI-driven hiring platforms, and recruitment automation to enhance hiring efficiency
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience: 8-12 years of proven experience in the recruitment industry, preferably from Media Agency, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing teams.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of hiring landscapes in the digital media and advertising services sectors.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire recruitment teams to achieve ambitious goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Experience working with global stakeholders, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Employer Branding: Proven track record in driving employer branding initiatives.
- Passion for Recruitment: A deep commitment to talent acquisition and delivering exceptional hiring outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment analytics, and sourcing tools.
- Certifications (Preferred): PHR, SHRM-CP, or Certified Recruiter
