Job Summary:

Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage and execute recruitment efforts across the organization. In thisrole, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent, coordinating the interview process,and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. You will work closely with hiring managers tounderstand workforce needs and contribute to building a diverse, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:-

Partner with managers staffing needs and create job descriptions. Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles across the company. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent. Manage the full-cycle of recruitment process, from initial candidate contact through offer negotiation. Maintain a positive candidate experience and ensure clear communication throughout the hiring

process.

Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing timely feedback to both candidates and hiringmanagers.

Utilize technology and other HR tools to manage candidate pipelines and recruitment data. Build relationships with recruitment agencies, job portal representatives , and other external

partners as needed.

Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in recruitment practices.

Qualification Requirements

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred. Certifications in a relevant area are an added advantage.

Work Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment within the retail or servicesector.

Experience in the gold industry is an advantage. Experience in high-growth or fast-paced environments is a plus.

Technical Skills:

Communication: Ability to use the right communication method at various stages of the recruitmentprocess.

Candidate Sourcing Techniques: Knowledge and expertise in identifying and attracting potentialcandidates.

Negotiation Tactics: Skills in negotiating offers and managing candidate expectations.

Strategic Recruitment Planning: Proficiency in leveraging technology and innovation to enhancerecruitment strategies.

Analytics and Data-Driven Recruitment: Ability to utilize data for making informed recruitmentdecisions.

Time Management: Exceptional skills in managing time effectively to close positions in a fast-expandingorganization.

Leadership and TeamManagement: Capability to guide and successfully lead teammembers.

Stay Current: Commitment to staying updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
