Own performance metrics –ACoS, TACoS, CTR, CPC & ROAS– and continually improve ROI. Build and manageSponsored Product, Sponsored Brand & Display campaigns . Conductkeyword research , add negatives, and refine bidding strategies for scaling profitable sales. Optimizead copy, A+ creatives & contentfor higher click-through and conversion rates. Collaborate with catalog and content teams to ensure listings are ad-ready and SEO-friendly. Analyze daily data and prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights & recommendations. Stay updated on marketplace algorithms and ad tech to leverage new features and beta programs.What We’re Looking For✅2 + yearsof experience in Amazon Ads (PPC) —Seller & Vendor Central . ✅ Experience runningMyntra PPC / fashion marketplace ads . ✅ Strong understanding ofcampaign structures, bidding, and optimization . ✅ Proficiency inExcel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis)for performance tracking. ✅ Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven marketing. ✅ Knowledge ofHelium 10, Amazon Ads Console, or similar toolsis a plus. ✅ Excellent communication and reporting skills.
