Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for an Ecommerce Operations Executive. The Ecommerce Operations Executive will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our ecommerce platform. This includes overseeing product listings, inventory management, order verification and processing, and customer support. The Ecommerce Operations Executive will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and drive continuous improvement. This role cuts across e-commerce operations and customer support as tasks range from order verification to converting abandoned checkouts, reducing RTO, inventory management and maintaining listings across all platforms.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in ecommerce operations or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and best practices
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to work with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers efficiently
  • Proficiency in using ecommerce software and tools
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Knowledge of Excel and Word is a must.
  • Previous experience in ecommerce managing of various platforms will be a bonus.
