Overview: As the VP Marketing, you will be responsible for leading our marketing initiatives, enhancing brand visibility, and driving business growth through effective strategies and execution. You will be a key member of the executive team, providing leadership and strategic direction to the marketing department within the context of the company's goals and market opportunities.

Goals & Objectives: Generate business pipeline to meet companies financial Leadership:

- Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and market share.

- Align marketing strategies with the company's business goals and objectives.

- Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services.

Marketing Execution:

- Direct and support market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth.

- Oversee marketing communications including branding, public relations, advertising, white papers, trade shows, seminars, and events.

- Coordinate marketing strategies across multiple channels, including digital marketing, direct mail, and ads.

Team Management:

- Build, manage, and coach a high-performing marketing team.

- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.

- Foster a collaborative environment within the marketing department and with other departments.

Digital Marketing:

- Oversee the company's digital marketing strategy including SEO/SEM, databases, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

- Leverage data and analytics to drive insights and optimize marketing strategies.

Budget Management:

- Prepare and manage the marketing budget.

- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications with a focus on ROI.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Cultivate relationships with media, influencers, and other stakeholders to enhance the company's profile.

- Act as a spokesperson for the company at events and Proven experience as a VP Marketing or similar role, preferably in the IT or consulting industry.

- Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, promotion, etc.).

- Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods.

- Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital (e.g. Google, Linkedin, social media) and non-digital (e.g., Events) channels.

- A leader with both creative and analytical capabilities.

- Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or relevant field; a Master's degree is preferable.
